These Terms of Service govern customer use of the Avesth website, customer account features, and purchases made through our store. By using the website or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

You agree to use the Avesth website only for lawful purposes. Any fraudulent activity, abuse, interference with our systems, or unauthorized access to accounts or data is strictly prohibited. Avesth reserves the right to suspend access, cancel orders, or restrict accounts if suspicious or harmful activity is detected.
We work to present product details, pricing, colours, and availability as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen calibration, handmade craftsmanship, or inventory updates. Avesth reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or stock levels at any time, including after an order has been placed.
Returns and Refunds
We want every Avesth purchase to meet your expectations. Our garments are crafted with care and intention, and we stand behind the quality of everything we make. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as it forms part of your agreement with us.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:
— The item must be unworn and unwashed, with no signs of use.
— All original tags must remain attached and intact.
— The item must be in its original packaging where possible.
— The item must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other substances.
— The item must show no signs of alteration, tailoring, or damage of any kind.
Avesth reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned items upon receipt. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be declined and the item returned to the sender.
The following are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of a confirmed defect or incorrect dispatch:
— Gift cards and digital vouchers.

How to Initiate a Return
You can submit a return request through any of the following channels.
Website Application (Preferred)
Log into your Avesth account, navigate to your order history, select the relevant order, and submit a return request directly from your order page. This is the fastest way to initiate a return and allows you to track the status of your request in real time.
If the website application is unavailable or you are unable to access your account, email us at support@gmail.com with the following details:
— Your full name and order number.
— The item or items you wish to return.
— The reason for your return request.
— Photographs of the item if the return is due to a defect or incorrect dispatch.
— Your preferred refund method along with the relevant details as listed below.
Please ensure all credentials are accurate before submitting. Avesth is not responsible for failed or misdirected transfers resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. If a transfer fails due to incorrect details, you will need to resubmit with the correct information and processing may be delayed.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible. Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. To be accepted, the item must:
— Show no signs of wear, washing, or use.
— Retain all original tags in their attached position.
— Be free from perfume, cosmetics, staining, or odour.
— Show no signs of alteration, repairs, or physical damage.
Items that fail this inspection will be declined and returned to you. We are unable to issue refunds for items that do not pass our condition check.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If your return is approved:
— Your refund will be processed to your Bkash or Bank Transfer within 2 to 3 business days.
— You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
— Please allow additional time for the amount to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please also note:
— Refunds will only be issued to the original price of the product excluding the shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
— Your order number and a description of the issue.
— Clear photographs showing the defect or incorrect item.
We will review your case and arrange either a full replacement or a complete refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible under this clause.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact Avesth immediately so we can help secure it.
All website content, branding, imagery, copy, design elements, and product presentation are the property of Avesth unless otherwise stated. Nothing on this website transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you, and no content may be copied or reused without written permission from Avesth.
